TABASCO Original Red for a Superbowl at Home or on the Road
This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of TABASCO® Original Red. All opinions are 100% mine.
I’m a Louisiana mama and love my Louisiana products. I not only travel with my own coffee, but also travel with small bottles of TABASCO Original Red. This is the first sauce introduced by the McIlhenny family back in 1868 and continues to be the most popular of all their flavors of hot sauce.
My kids enjoy how TABASCO® Original Red enhances the flavor of food and it’s a staple at our dinner table. Heck, we even use it on pizza. The simple combination of salt, red pepper, and vinegar are perfected in a 3-year aging process. Hot sauce is like a fine wine and TABASCO has the recipe down to an art.
The kids and I even took a drive to Avery Island one afternoon just to see the process of making TABASCO Original Red. After the factory tour, we had fun sampling TABASCO and all the TABASCO flavored products in the gift shop.
TABASCO Original Red is a part of our every day lives, and that includes regular meal times or even when we’re watching sporting events here at home. Yes, we are big into tailgating during football season, but on Superbowl Sunday we keep it close to home, enjoying an afternoon of food, family, and fun.
Here are some tips to help you bring out the flavor of your pizza or make that awesome Superbowl Sunday tailgating at home. And yes, I really do keep mini bottles of TABASCO Original Red hot sauce in my bag when I travel.
