Royal Caribbean International Ocean Views Film Debuts with #OceanViews Twitter Party
We love all types of cruises here at TravelingMamas.com, be it a family cruise, romantic cruise, or girlfriend getaway cruise. I personally didn’t get to experience my first cruise until late 2009, but I’ve been making up for lost time by checking out as many different cruise lines as I can.
I haven’t cruised with Royal Caribbean International, but my cruise writing friends have regaled me with stories of the various ship launch ceremonies and the adventures found onboard the various cruise ships in their fleet. Two ships I’ve been curious about are the Allure of the Seas and the Oasis of the Seas. I enjoy perusing the official Royal Caribbean website, online reviews, and YouTube channel to keep up with these new and innovative ships.
Royal Caribbean International is holding the premiere of two short films products for Ocean Views Films. The first film, directed by Jenny McCarthy shows what a romantic cruise on the Allure could be like. The second film, by James Brolin, highlights a multi-generational family reunion cruise. Both films will be available online after the premiere.
“The Allure of Love” and “Royal Reunion” will debut TODAY, March 13 during an exclusive premiere event onboard Allure of the Seas in her home port of Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Trailers for the short films are available at www.RoyalCaribbean.com and the films will be available in their entirety at 4p.m. EST TODAY, March 13. Immediately following the premiere, Jenny McCarthy (@jennymccarthy) will host a Twitter party from 5p.m. – 6p.m. EST with Justin Baldoni (@justinbaldoni), Amy Yasbeck (@amyyasbeck4real) and Scott Elrod (@scott_elrod) to discuss the films and their experiences onboard Allure of the Seas. You can join the party by following #OceanViews on Twitter and follow host @RoyalCaribbean.
I’m looking forward to the premiere and watching two different cruise adventures aboard the Allure of the Seas. This will be Royal Caribbean’s first Twitter party. Don’t forget to follow me on Twitter: @CajunMama and @TravelingMamas. Here’s a fun tip if you’re thinking of booking a cruise, people that take vacations live longer.
