ASA Summerfuel Launches “Tweet Your Teen to Spain”
Social Media Contest

–Winner Enjoys Four-Week Spanish Immersion Program in Tarifa, Spain–

From March 1 – 31, 2011, parents of teenagers can enter ASA Summerfuel‘s new “Tweet Your Teen to Spain” contest, for a chance to win free admission (valued at $6,795) to a four-week Spanish immersion program in Tarifa, Spain, from June 28 – July 28, 2011.

To enter the “Tweet Your Teen to Spain” contest, participants must follow these steps:

1.) Follow @ASASummerfuel on Twitter.

2.) Tweet about “Why your high school daughter or son is the best candidate to attend a Spanish immersion program this summer.”

3.) Make sure to add the #asaspain hashtag to the end of each Tweet, in order for the Tweet submission to be eligible.

ASA Summerfuel will select one winner (a parent of a teenager enrolled in high school grades 9-12) to receive an ASA Summerfuel Spanish Immersion program in Tarifa for their son or daughter. The prize includes tuition, accommodation with a carefully selected host family, three meals a day, books, afternoon and evening activities (except those marked as extra or not organized by ASA Summerfuel), weekend excursions throughout Andalusia, guest lectures and class-related field trips. Airfare and ground transportation costs not included.

Submissions are limited to one Tweet per day for the duration of the contest.Tweets should be limited to text-only.  Entry period is between 12:01 p.m. EST on March 1, 2011, and 11:59 p.m. EST on March 31, 2011.  Contestants will be judged on the originality and persuasiveness of their Tweets.  The winner will be selected based on his or her entire Twitter campaign.  To follow ASA Summerfuel on Twitter, please visit www.twitter.com/asasummerfuel.
