I still HEART Josh Groban and our three winners from our giveaway will love him also, if they don’t already. If you aren’t a winner, never fear, you can watch a 20 minute video which is an excerpt of the DVD or just go visit Josh’s site and buy yourself a copy. It is worth…
I’m more a fan of glamping than traditional camping, but sometimes one must sacrifice for the family. These sacrifices sometimes include spending a weekend outdoors camping in an area chosen by my husband. I do like outdoor adventures, such as hiking, kayaking, campfires, and all that fun stuff, but at the end of the day,…
Have you been dreaming of a trip to Hawaii? It is such a dreamy state, with natural beauty and a culture that seeps into your soul, always staying with those that visit. One of my favorite brands, Lands’ End, along with the Oahu Visitors Bureau, is giving away a trip to the Island of Oahu….
My review of the LG 55LM7600 55 inch Class Cinema 3D 1080P 240HZ LED TV with SmartTV For the past few months between trips, I’ve been enjoying the experience of learning about 3D TV thanks to LG. I was sent a television to review for a limited time and its come in quite handy during…
On our recent visit to Las Vegas for a girlfriend getaway, we opted to try out a free tour of Zappos Headquarters, because we love free things to do in Vegas. Since we had arranged a special visit, our new friends with the Zappos Blog Team picked us up in the Blog Bus, which is…
By Bob Knorpp A suitcase that carried moon rocks back to earth?!? Just try to top that! Yet that’s the territory Zero Halliburton can claim. Pack the makeup essentials when traveling.
To avoid packing my entire make-up bag, I make sure I have the bare essentials – Moisturizer and make up removing facial wipes. It’s much easier than packing your entire facial cleansing system since we know traveling with liquids in you carry on can be problematic at airports. Secondly, I tend to travel with a small compact with multi-color eyeshadows that can double as blush (Bobbi Brown’s Color Brick) is my favorite. Happy travels!
Ziploc bags (in case of leaks or powder breakage) and makeup palettes (to save space). They make makeup packing so much easier!
Fill up smaller travel sized bottles with all the beauty products you take on vacation – saves a lot of room!
I always make sure to keep my face moisturized if I’m traveling by air and I keep the makeup to a minimum.

make sure liquids are sealed tight!
My makeup tip is to ask the sales assistant when you buy a product to give you a couple of small empty sample pots and then fill them with things like foundation, moisturiser, when you travel to avoid packing the whole bottle.
I just try to bring the products I know I’m going to use .
Make sure you have a makeup bag for everything you need.
