Isaan Thai Restaurant at Grand Hyatt Doha, Qatar

While I was in Doha, Qatar tasting my way around the city, one of our group’s hosted meals was at Isaan, a Doha Thai restaurant located in the Grand Hyatt Doha. Our group consisted of international media and foodies from all over the globe. I won’t go into detail regarding each dish, but we were served a sampling of almost every item on the menu — and it was all so delicious!

I hope my notes were correct, but below are some images from that fabulous meal. The Grand Hyatt Doha is located in the West Bay Lagoon district of Doha, near the financial district. Most of the rooms at this property have views of the Arabian Gulf. This 5 Star Luxury Hotel in Doha offers a number of dining choices, an onsite spa, lounges, and all the amenities one would expect from a luxury hotel. I didn’t get to overnight during this visit, but I did get to experience the beauty of the common areas and a wonderful culinary experience.

A few nights later, our group went back for cocktails at Dunes, the onsite wine bar, which boasts an extensive wine menu, live music, and a walk in humidor. It was a nice, relaxing evening.
