Breakfast in Vegas : Silk Road at Vdara

Vegas is the city that never sleeps. It’s also a city full of great eats. One meal that doesn’t get enough love in Vegas is breakfast. I can’t survive without something to eat at the beginning of the day, especially during busy events like BlogWorld.

Our friends in Vegas suggested we sample the breakfast offerings at Silk Road, located in Vdara just behind Aria Casino at CityCenter.

We started off with blood orange mimosas, which were fitting for any girlfriend getaway. I opted for eggs Benedict, which were delicious, but @themeparkmom’s breakfast sliders were off the hook! We also tried the ham and cheese beignet’s which were savory, not sweet and served on a bed of tomato chutney.

The decor is contemporary funk in my book and breakfast was delicious.
