Lands’ End Swimsuit – Online Ordering Experience

My mother recently ordered new swimwear from LandsEnd.com. It was her first online ordering experience for swimwear. Here’s what she thought.

My Lands End experience:

I was preparing for a fun weekend to Walt Disney World with my daughter for a Traveling Mamas getaway and I was in serious need of a new swimsuit. I recently lost over 60 pounds and all of my former swimsuits were too big. My younger sister and my neighbors just rave about Lands’ End swimwear, inspiring me to go online and check out the Lands’ End website. I really liked what I saw.

After browsing through the variety of swimwear options, I decided on the AquaTerra Separates. I chose the X-back Tankini Top with the #2 leg bottoms. I also added the Supplex shorts and Rash Guard long sleeve shirt. I sunburn easy and I thought I could use the protection. My experience placing my order was a positive experience. Since I had lost so much weight, I was unsure of what size to order, so I called their customer support. The voice on the other end of the line walked me through the entire process with my current measurements.

My Lands’ End swimsuit order came in very quickly and they even followed up with a call to see if I was happy. How good is that?My order fit perfectly, and I was ready to lay by the pool at the Grand Floridian. Thank you Lands’ End! Not only did I have a great fitting swimsuit for a girlfriend getaway, but I now have amazing poolside fashion for my upcoming cruise on the Carnival Magic.
