Carnival Magic Cruise Ship Balcony Stateroom #CarnivalMagic

If you’re wondering which cabin you should book when on a cruise, I highly suggest spending the extra money and booking a balcony cabin. I’ve stayed in a variety of cabins on cruises, but the balcony gives you that extra space and an area to have some of those peaceful moments one looks for on a cruise.

Currently I’m on the Carnival Magic writing this from my cabin’s balcony. The rooms are spacious and can handle up to four guests in a cabin. However, for sanity’s sake, you may want to limit yourself to two people to a cabin. My cabin is 9252 and is a connecting room (if you were looking for connecting cabins). There are three closets, four clothing drawers, a mini bar refidgerator with room to place some of your own items to keep chilled, two twin beds (or one king), a sofa sleeper, safe, and shelves for other personal items.

The bathroom is decorated in a blue floor tile design that continues into the shower. The mirror sink area offers six small shelves (three on each side) for your health and beauty items, and Carnival provides an in-shower dispenser of shampoo and body wash. As expected, beach/pool towels are provided for your use during the cruise, and there are bathrobes in the closets.

The Carnival Magic is Carnival Cruise Lines’ newest ship, and also the largest for the brand at 130,000 tons. Our cruise so far has been very smooth with little movement being felt. I have to keep looking outside to remind myself I’m on a moving cruise ship. You can find out more and book your own cruise at www.Carnival.com.

  4. This will be my 2nd cruise; my 1st cruise was with Royal Carribbean and we departed from Ft. Lauderdale, FL back in Dec 2007! I fell in love! We had a balcony and I will never take anything less. This will our 1st time with Carnival on Magic for Sept 2012 Rm 8232.
