Delta CES 2025 Keynote Experience
I hopped on a nonstop flight from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) to Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), hoping to get a coveted seat at the Delta CES 2025 Keynote at Sphere Las Vegas. I was fortunate enough to book that nonstop on Delta, which is one of a few nonstop options for that route. Whenever I board a Delta flight, I always ask the pilots if they have any Delta Trading Cards. I love how the pilots get excited when asked, and the cabin crew, as well!
Once we were in the air, I logged onto the Delta Wi-Fi and accessed my SkyMiles account. I felt so much excitement at seeing the CES Keynote event featured on the home screen. The entire Delta immersive experience added that extra something special to the entire trip.
Once we landed, Gate D33 was the place to pick up a CES 2025 conference badge, as long as you were a SkyMiles member. I pulled up the Delta app on my phone and was granted access to the counter for an easy badge pickup. There was even a booth greeting CES attendees with special Delta 100 Year Swag.

A few days later, the big event at the Sphere was happening. This keynote required an extra ticket for entry, outside of the CES Conference. It was also open to Delta employees and Delta Skymiles American Express card holders. Very smart marketing perk. We entered the Sphere with the other attendees and were blown away every minute while inside.
The Atrium reception was all about Delta’s history in aviation and the air traveler experience through the past 100 years. There was a display of uniforms, cabin items, and interactive areas for a fully immersive event. The food and drink was keeping in theme with the airline experience, with hot items and cheese trays served just like in first class. And the snacks were everything a Delta passenger would be offered to nibble on during long and short haul flights.
We found our seats in the Sphere Theater just in time to get settled in before all the big announcements. It was one of the most amazing keynote presentations I have ever attended. And it brought a warm and fuzzy feeling about air travel with Delta, with the visuals of flying all over the globe. This was, of course, all about technology, and AI plays a big part in the next 100 years of air travel.
Viola Davis and Tom Brady made appearances. Tom shared some of his travel tips and will have a YouTube series streaming onboard. Uber, Airbus, Joby, Waymo and other brands integrated in with the upcoming AI technology and Delta Concierge.
Delta Concierge is one of the most important announcements to elevate the travel experience. It integrates with a customer’s personal preferences and their itinerary. From tips on what to pack, arranging transportation to the airport, and throughout the entire travel experience, Delta Concierge brings a new level to consumer air travel.
After the keynote, Lenny Kravitz and band performed a private concert, which I really enjoyed. Also, all the Delta swag and seeing the displays at this Delta aviation themed event while walking out, added to the continued experience. We even have limited edition bag tags made with 747 aircraft metal!
What a fantastic keynote! Thank you, Ed Bastion, and thank you, Delta! I love seeing familiar travel brands evolving and cannot wait to be a part of the next 100 years of Delta Airlines.
