Hi Jen - Thanks for your comment. It's been a while. Keith and I have been friends for years, so I didn't take this as an attack. No worries:)

Great suggestions from everyone!

Cajun Mama, not sure what you mean about Keith shooting the messenger; he stayed on the topic of critiquing what you had written, but did not attack you at all.

On point, I think I agree with both of you: good beer should not be served ice cold, but I don't think temps in low 50s (average temp below ground) count as icy. For white wine, 52 is the ideal chilled temp

If you are really into trying different alcohol's, I'd try Epcot's Food and Wine Festival. It's usually from late September to early-mid November, and pretty awesome! Not only can you sample food and wine from all the countries, you can also attend seminars to learn more. When I worked at American Adventure they had a "beer tasting" type thing hosted by Sam Adams right next to our shop. It was pretty awesome! Too bad I was only 20 and couldn't go to it.

Busch Gardens used to give away free beer in the house near the cart horses, but only in thimble sized cups and you couldn't order 10 at a time ! I think they stopped though. By the way, it is the Irish who set the temperature of Guiness, it being an Irish drink. The English go for real ale, which should not be chilled.

If you get the wine and dine deluxe dining package, can you get wine to take to your room and drink it there instead of at a restaurant in the park?
