We don't have money for a vacation, so we decided to an overnight at the local Marriott to celebrate their birthdays. I paid for the whole thing, but all my kids got were cardboard cutouts, a couple of silicone bracelets, two plastic cups. Nothing else as they claim they had none of the items left - even though I booked the package in August for a November reservation. My kids were pretty disappointed. I was very upset.
